Booking and deposit policy at CasaRomana
Deposits
For tables of 9 or over, we require a non-refundable deposit, this is usually £5 per person but on special occasions, such as Valentine's or New Years Eve, the deposit will be a minimum of £10 per person.
This can be paid by card over the phone when booking or pop in with it later but please, the deposit for the whole booking must be paid at the same time to avoid any confusion
Cancellation
Anyone failing to show up without giving us at least 24 hours notification will lose their deposit and any other monies paid in advance
Late arrivals
We will hold your table for 15 minutes but if you are later than this and have not let us know or haven't mutually agreed a later arrival with us, we reserve the right to give your table away and you will lose your slot and any monies paid in advanc of it. We ask that if you are running late, please call us on 01228 591969 as soon as possible and await a reply, as a voicemail or email will not be accepted
